These earrings are cut from a a beautiful “K2 Jasper” from Pakistan. This material is a slightly metamorphosed granite that displays a highly unusual presence of azurite orbs. There is still some general bafflement regarding formation of the orbs.
The stones are 30mm wide and hang 38mm on hammered 14k gold fill wire. The earrings weigh 4 grams each.
