Mudstone & Opal Earrings

These earrings are cut from a wine colored mudstone flecked with golden mica—a billion and a half year old rock! The white stripe is Ethiopian opal that glints in the sun.

The stones are 24mm wide and hang 38mm on hammered 14k gold fill wire. The earrings weigh 4 grams each.
