Orbicular Jasper Earrings No. 1

These earrings are cut from an ochre orbicular jasper, the stuff that forms through the devitrification of spectacular ash flow tuffs.

The stones are 28mm wide and hang 38mm on hammered 14k gold-fill wire. The earrings weigh 3 grams each.
